The Japanese carmaker Nissan has confirmed that it would introduce into the Canadian market its electric LEAF during the second half of 2011.
He is already preparing the ground. It was posted early in May 2010 a new website dedicated to this car clean to use and designed for Canadian consumers.
It provides information on the technologies (batteries, motors, reloading ...), explains what is driving an electric vehicle and keeps abreast of the latest news from the LEAF.
According to Nissan Canada, Canadians have expressed a keen interest in learning more about electric vehicles and are ready to buy a model with environmental technologies in the future.
We'll see if the success will be the rendezvous for the Nissan LEAF in this country!
