The Citroen C4 and Peugeot 308 recall: my shot on the brakes

They are of a different manufacturer, different names, are not alike at all, and yet ... By the magic of sharing parts between models of the same group (ie PSA), these two models suffer the same disease, which leads Peugeot and Citroen to recall a series of their respective model. Codename reminder: YSV MCH at Peugeot and Citroën. The campaign to upgrade began in early November, there are already quite some time, but some may be passed between the cracks.

The vehicles concerned were manufactured between March 27 and April 14, 2009, which represents the final 1 400 Citroen C4, 2 200 and Peugeot 308. The concerned owners have received a mail inviting them to make an appointment with their dealer for replacement pure and simple preventive master cylinder. Those who would doubt the fact that their vehicle is concerned may make concession provided their registration papers, or contact the customer relationship of their brand.
